Welcome to ClockSaver (clocksaver.app, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, or by downloading or using the Mac screen savers it offers, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site and its software.
License
The Mac screen savers on the Site are free to download for personal, non-commercial use. You may install and use them on your own devices. The iPhone app is distributed through the App Store, and its download and use are also subject to Apple's terms.
Restrictions
Without permission, you may not:
- sell or rent the software, or redistribute it commercially;
- publish modified versions of the software under your own name;
- tamper with the software or inject harmful code into it;
- interfere with the normal operation of the Site in any way.
Intellectual Property
The design, text, images and software on the Site belong to us or their respective rights holders. Some background images come from the public domain or licensed sources. If you believe any content infringes your rights, please contact us at the email below and we will act promptly once verified.
Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep it safe and working (every Mac screen saver is signed and notarized by Apple), but we do not guarantee that it will run on every device and system version, or that it is free of errors.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site or its software.
Ads and Third-Party Links
The Site may display ads provided by third parties and may link to third-party websites such as the App Store. That content is the responsibility of those third parties, and we make no guarantees about its accuracy or availability. For how related data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
