Dot Matrix paints the time within a field of flowing particles. Thousands of small dots drift slowly across the screen, and on each minute they quickly gather and align to spell out the time as a dot-matrix number, then scatter back into a gentle float.
This "particles forming letters, letters dissolving into dust" effect draws from old LED dot-matrix displays and particle animation in data visualization. It carries the nostalgia of a retro electronic panel while feeling alive like modern generative art — a sea of stars at rest, a breathing electronic clock when it forms.
